Wasn't it WWI where they found men who qualified with circle targets had a hard time pulling the trigger on the enemy? The military changed the targets to silhouettes to change the mindset of the soldiers. This does the same thing to these kids.
In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law to pursue a natural justice.

I'm soooooo glad I got out of there. I just took a quick inventory of my firearms. Most of them would be very illegal if I were still in CA. But here's the kicker. My most dangerous ones (by effectiveness and power) are ironically perfectly legal in that great state. By that, I mean it would be legal to possess and obtain in its current form. Commiefornia is so backwards with its gun laws.

California fire victims must fight off looters with weaker CA compliant guns.

Socialism for the homeless who'll undoubtedly take care of what they're given, ah, you know, like they have done for themselves for many years...

My opinion: Only a small percentage are truly deserving of help - the majority chose this way of life due to drugs, booze, can't bear responsibility and other choices they made. My perspective is what I experience when a homeless child. It wasn't any different then. All the other homeless 'chose' to be homeless. Sound outlandish? It's not...

Give the poor noble (yeah, I'm being sarcastic) homeless and what's given will be like making a bonfire with money...They'll be no taking care of what their 'given' be it a home or what have you. And there will precious little gratitude.

The homeless want to be homeless. Zero responsibility and living like a drugged/drunken pig is what they care most about.

Woman arrested after biting jogger who pepper sprayed her dog.

Good it wasn’t Europe as I think pepper spray is illegal there. Surprised it’s not in CA.
