Asking for a friend

#1

Post by wreckemsaints »

So my buddy and I took the CHL class together last year and he was unable to get his paperwork processed due to a past misdemeanor. Okay so fastforward to last week, he had to renew his DL but it's almost a year to the day of when we took the class. Will he more than likely have to redo the class if he can't get the DL in on time? We did the class on 7/19/14. :anamatedbanana

Glad I stayed outta trouble! :anamatedbanana

Driver's license renewal has nothing to do with the CHL application.

You have 1 year from the date of the online CHL application to complete the application.

The CHL class completion form (the CHL-100) is good for 2 years.
