4/13 Electronic Submission of Documents
4/14 Confirmation Email Received
4/15 Finger Prints Submitted

Only been one month so I figure I will wait until two months to call if not received by then. I put off getting CHL for five years so another month won't bother too much. Harris County from all I can tell runs a little longer than others. Do not want to distract agents with yet another phone call. So I come to sit in waiting room.
After issue with missing chl100 got status change on DPS website now. Just need to wait for plastic in the mail.

Called TDPS to see if my application had been expedited, as TDPS had promised last week to address their delay in my application process. Learned that my application had been "accepted", and so my card was sent for printing, which would take 2 to 3 weeks.

CHL plastic arrived today, 73 days after submitting application and supporting documents. They moved quickly to expedite my application once I called and learned they had failed to move my supporting docs from the email team to the licensing team. Pays to make a status call. Email confirmation not reliable.

:rules: I just call DPS to see what the status was on my chl,the gentleman told me it had processed, that something had popped up and soon as that cleared they would mail my card. Now I really worried don't know what they found. Hope I in the right place to post new. Been 4 weeks of waiting and got this message this morning.
