Hah I knew it. Sb11 was up next but I took time out anyway to go to a restaurant, ordered and ate a steak, and even had a glass of wine.....came back home and they're still not on sb 11.

On the surface it seems that some sort of back room deal was struck around 3pm today that is going to get SB11 to the floor before the deadline.
