Answer seems simple to me - if the officer could stop and question someone if they weren't carrying a gun then they could stop and question them if they are carrying.

Oh now we are saying the cops are going to be so scared that if they see someone open carrying they are just going to sit in thier cars! Again trying to tie it to Waco. Good grief!

OK. I started posting as soon as he said "NRA", so I was probably distracted when he said TSRA.
