Good grief these Democrats are dumb. The Supreme Court has actually implied that it's Open Carry that's protected (and not concealed carry).

(Two Ds were arguing the Supreme Court has never ruled that you can't ban Open Carry)

Are they setting committee meetings hoping to erode the number of members present to vote?

Sure are a lot of the members claiming sickness so they can be excused.

The current amendment requires annual reporting on three areas involving "handgun violence" but doesn't specify that it has to be committed by a CHL.
