In my opinion, a bigger lot solves many of those issues. I moved from an east Ft. Worth home 6 years ago because of some ghetto neighbors next door, and they weren't nearly as bad as the OP's. My current house is in an older development in NE Tarrant County (Keller area) where the smallest lot is almost an acre. It's also legal to shoot firearms on the property. Noise/neighbor issues are almost non-existent. Our Crime Watch group is pretty much dead due to lack of interest - and lack of crime.
And there are some houses for sale at reasonable prices.

What would you consider a "reasonable" price? I'd consider that area and even lived in Keller for a little while when I was a kid. I want at LEAST an acre next time. Currently I live right off of Cheek-sparger road. I'm sure you know where that is...not far from you.

The house behind me and the one next to me sold for ~$200K, probably less. Mine is the smallest in the neighborhood at 1500 sq ft and it would sell for about $130K. Ranchette Estates, off Wall Price

Are the offensive nieghbors homeowners or renters? If they are renters I would look at contacting the property owners. Maybe there is some legal recourse you could take against them. I know its a stretch but it sounds like you don't have a lot of options.

I work for a municipality. Trust me, there's your answer.

This sounds like the best answer for a really bad situation. If you sold one house and are faced with possibly doing the same with a second one, I can understand your frustration. In fairness to others whose threads were locked because of being off-topic, this one is going to be locked as well.
