Very easy. HIs mother was a US citizen at the time of his birth. Therefore he is a natural born citizen. (The same applies to Obama, despite all the various claims about where he was born and who his father might have been.)
Besides, he's a Texan. :txflag:
Thanks for helping

His birthplace would be questioned , the constitution is not 'perfectly' clear on the subject . He would be able to run though , just another stone to be thrown at him in the push come to shove mud slinging that is campaign destiny .

I encourage anyone so inclined, go here and sign up to help. http://www.tedcruz.org/volunteer/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I will support and work to make Ted Cruz the nominee. If he isn't the one, then I'll support the nominee. However, I think there have been too many good intelligent Americans that have been content to sit on the sidelines and then go cast their votes. We always complain about having to choose the lesser of two evils. Now is the time to do something to help get a principled man with a backbone in the White House.

In my opinion, our country can will not survive another four or eight years of the status quo. If Cruz isn't the one in your mind, please pick the one you think will be the best and will do what's right for our country and her people. It's up to us, We the People, to help get our country back on track and abiding by the Constitution.

Sorry for the rant but I believe it's up to our generation to right the ship.

Cruz is on Hannity for the full hour tonight.
If you're missing it, set your dvr to record the rebroadcast at midnight.

Worth watching.

Rice, Cruz or whomever?

the problem is the last guy refused to take off the gloves. Twice he had barry on the ropes and failed to deliver the knock out punch

politics are helllll, but the presidency is hell and back.
he or she must be prepared to take five guns to a knife fight. last two republican candidates lacked heart to win, they were happy with an "Also ran"
this country is to important to be in it half hearted.

so sick of the nice guy bull.
be truthfull and fight to WIN.
So who ever gets the nomination....they have to fight and play to WIN.

I concur. She would be an excellent choice.

Last I heard she had sworn off politics completely.

EDIT: If I were her I'd run away from that as fast as she can screaming "I need that like I need another hole in the head!"

Electing a president is somewhat like the constitutional carry issue. You can't get to a Cruz without an intermediate stop. Meaning, the President is always elected by the true independents who tend to be the moderates of the nation. If we want to lose to another Democrat the Republicans will nominate someone like Cruz or Paul. By the time the Democratic News Media gets through with them they will be viewed as lunatics. I am in favor with someone like Jeb Bush, who though I do not agree with his some of his positions is a vast improvement over the current President and any potential Democrat. I believe he would be electable. Good article on his strategy in Sunday's Dallas Morning News.

If you elect Jeb Bush, you might as well elect Hillary Clinton. Either one takes us down the path to destruction. One is just faster than the other. Either we elect a Cruz/Walker/Paul this time or this nation is doomed and you can kiss your 2nd Amendment rights goodbye.
