Kind of flat and bare but I was born here and guess this is where I'll stay.

Your right that it isn't near as bare as it was years ago. I have always put the line at the Amarillo, Lubbock, Big Spring highway 87 line.

I was in El Paso yesterday just long enough for a wedding, and ya'll are looking pretty green in comparison to years past.

Well, your right about that. We are on the edge of west Texas and here it is flat and bare.
