The manufactur of zip guns is nothing new. Some pipe and jb weld and you too can have a new toy.
Need ammo.. no problem, matches and some wheel weights, no wheel weight no problem just use small rocks.

This is the issue I have with gun bans. Even I know how to produce a working wepon.

take a look at what people do in their backyard workshops in the Philippines

People melt down scrap metal and make fairly sophisticated homemade firearms

It's not even that hard anymore

A few hundred dollars on a 3d printer, and you too can make lowers and other parts that, while will not currently stand up to repeated use, will shoot dozens, if not more, rounds before failure.

Cat's out of the bag, world. You can't un-make firearms.

I'm personally waiting for the day that we figure out how to make LASER SHOTGUNS.
