Hope he comes out on top of all this, but even though he didn't break any local or state laws in Cali, isn't there a federal law that prohibits firearms on campus?

I hope he cleans out the PD and the city. This was especially irritating - "Officers did not believe Williams was breaking a law and could not find a code section to charge him under since he was licensed, however, they arrested him anyway."
