A buddy of mine has always said that if someone would develop white tattoo ink, they would make a fortune.esxmarkc wrote:My daughter asked if it was a brown person with black tattoos or a black person with brown tattoos. It's hard to tell.

All ready invented. Here are some cool ones and even white ink UV tattoos. I hope the link is okay. I looked through it and didn't notice anything that might be offensive.

Re: Not Hard to Identify
Those are cool. A few of them somewhat tempting. Still not sure I would want anything so permanent on my body. I remember my grandfathers tats did not look so good when he was 70+. Anyway. If you want one, more power to you.

Re: Not Hard to Identify
I wonder what percentage of coeds think about what their new tattoo would look like on their 83 year old fat, flabby, saggy, wrinkly grandma and how many of the ballplayers think about the same thing on their equally old and totally unfit grandpa. Tattoos are such an idiotic thing. How many of them would wear the same shirt every single day for the rest of their lives, especially the females.
It's fine if you disagree. I can't force you to be correct.

Roll your eyes all you want to. My daughter's statement as a very intuitive thinker that she is is that it would take an pretty awesome artist to start out with a black canvas and using only white ink create the negative image. Nevertheless, she saw that possibility.PSTL*PAKR wrote:esxmarkc wrote:My daughter asked if it was a brown person with black tattoos or a black person with brown tattoos. It's hard to tell.

But you read it as something totally different and therefore accuse me of some racial faux pas.
If you asked my daughter what's the difference between a brown person and a tan white person she'd tell you for the purposes of this discussion of artistic prowess there's absolutely no difference - were talking about canvas. Somehow I doubt if you'd say the same and in fact you have already indicated as such.

I dont have any tattoos myself but I do find them attractive as long as girls don't go overboard.

Re: Not Hard to Identify
You suppose you'll think the same thing in 30-40 years when you see the same tats on the same girls who are 30-40 years older 30-40 pounds heavier, wrinkly and severely attacked by gravity?nightmare69 wrote:I dont have any tattoos myself but I do find them attractive as long as girls don't go overboard.

These kids seem only to know how to live in the moment. I doubt they give the future a second thought.LDB415 wrote:You suppose you'll think the same thing in 30-40 years when you see the same tats on the same girls who are 30-40 years older 30-40 pounds heavier, wrinkly and severely attacked by gravity?nightmare69 wrote:I dont have any tattoos myself but I do find them attractive as long as girls don't go overboard.

Re: Not Hard to Identify
I just hope I live to 83 and if I do, the last thing I'm going to worry about is how my tattoos look. If YOU don't like them, don't get one, but to call people out who DO like them or have them is, in your words, idiotic. My oldest tat is celebrating it's 28th birthday next month and I don't regret getting any of mine. Sorry, but you hit a nerve with that comment.LDB415 wrote:I wonder what percentage of coeds think about what their new tattoo would look like on their 83 year old fat, flabby, saggy, wrinkly grandma and how many of the ballplayers think about the same thing on their equally old and totally unfit grandpa.
