Florida governor signs five pro-gun measures into law, including ‘Pop Tart’ and ‘Warning Shot’ bills
The laws expand protections against discriminatory insurance practices against gun owners, clarify that the mere production or discharge of a firearm is also a part of self defense and cannot be prosecuted, protect children against nut-ball schools that punish five-year-olds for making play guns out of pop tarts and streamline the process for getting a CHL.

Those sound like some bills that should be used as model legislation for the rest of the country.

Shall issue licensing started in Florida too.
