I could be mistaken, looks like members of an Israeli military unit. Definitely doesn't look US.

It's my understanding that Israel has very strict gun control laws. The only people you will see OCing are military personnel. My perspective would be we are a lot better off. I can't remember the last time I had to dodge a rocket and I don't typically wonder if there is a suicide bomber around the corner.
Let's hope we never find ourselves in such a vulnerable position that we need armed military patrolling our streets 24/7.
