Windy day for proficiency !

Clear plastic garbage bags over the target can be used on windy days and rain days. We shoot even in the rain as long as it is not real hard and no lightening. Comes from old police days we were taught you can't pick your light conditions and your weather when you need to defend yourself.

I use wood screws with a flat washer. Never have gotten the hang of staples and I can have all of the targets ready before class so less down time than taping.
