Keith is absolutely right on the open carry view. The radical open carry people are pushing to hard and in the wrong direction. IMHO

I am certain that OC will not be passed in 2013. I am unsure about the 2015 session.I have no idea if open-carry will pass during the 2013 Texas Legislative Session
Other than that, it was a great well balanced article.
