One of the interesting things at work is that we are going through an integration with a larger company. The CEO has changed , and even the HR group locally don't abide by the dress codes anymore. I am not sure anyone knows the actual rules, or who enforces them. There will most likely be a new handbook, or may already be one that I haven't read yet?

if you are an at will employee, you can pretty much be fired for anything. The rules don't make carrying a weapon a criminal action, but that is very different that breaking an office rule...
