What is 30.60? I thought it was 30.06.

I saw a very official looking CHL prohibition sign here in Houston that sited Section 30.60 of the Texas Penal Code. I searched the Texas Penal code and 30.60 doesn't exist. Is this sign a fake? Official CHL signs site Section 30.06 of the Texas Penal Code.
