I loved the smiles and smirks from the mayor and city council while he gave his satirical proposal.

On a different note, the first video provides a frightening example of the shift in cultural thinking that our country is undergoing. That councilwoman actually expressed, with a straight face no less, that law abiding citizens should provide evidence that the exercising of their right enhances the community before it should be allowed. This is the socialist European cultural thinking whereby everything starts out illegal and is only made legal when the government allows. To any freedom loving patriot, this is sickening.
