And here my friends is the difference between true "small steps" and what we get in TX, which is "leftover crumbs."

They passed OC by making it by License Holders only, and now are going back around to clean up the bill and make it true open carry.


Joe Strauss needs a new part time job.

And this is what I've argued for all along: first licensed open carry, then unlicensed open carry, then unlicensed Constitutional carry.

And I've believed Joe Strauss needed a new job for a long time. We're on the same page.
