The way I understand it (IANAL) is that CoE cannot bring charges against anyone until the injunction is lifted.

Open questions...
1. if I get caught violating the rule today, can CoE bring charges later, after the injunction is lifted?
2. can CoE bring charges on a violator today in the 5th circuit (Texas), when they have an injunction against doing so issued by the 9th circuit (ID)?
I am not a lawyer. This is NOT legal advice.!

I would wait. Probably a lot of confusion on that issue by those enforcing the rules right now.

Also, court rulings can happen pretty much anytime. A judge could lift the injunction or alter it without us knowing.
