What is the time frame looking like after you get your first update?

It varies from when you get that update. Sadly one person is not always the same. I can still remember early December being upset that the thing hadn't updated. Then I was mad when it did and said it was "mailed" on Sunday and didn't arrive until Saturday. Was even more mad when my Dad grabbed the mail on his way in and decided to play a game of "poke the bear". Which he decided to say it didn't come in.

The good news is that while you are waiting you should be carrying at home and practicing the pulling of the weapon if you have to. I still say they should hire some more people to help process this workload if it is going to keep the system bogged down. I guess their hope is after awhile everything will run down. I doubt that will be the case.

Thanks for the responses (you to Lady). And yes I have been practicing. I've carried it 24/7 at my deer lease when I was down there the past 3 months. Basically edged out all the kinks as far as comfort. I also got plenty of pulling of the weapon practice at the ranch and at the spontaneous javelina or fox that crossed my path in the blink of an eye.

Still down.

Either it's broke -- or they are making LOTS of updates. :totap:

I think mine and ladylightning both got the update to waiting on background check on the same day. Not sure if she knows but I'm secretly hoping I win this race and I have my hopes up for an update when the website comes back up.
