The judge found that waiting periods are a burden on a constitutional right and therefore unconstitutional. This one will probably go all the way to the Supreme Court.

AMEN - that 10 day wait is a joke... It was 15 before some federal law changed it back in the 90's..

very true, really every state even here are in the middle of a big fight and will be for a long time
