The judge found that waiting periods are a burden on a constitutional right and therefore unconstitutional. This one will probably go all the way to the Supreme Court.

AMEN - that 10 day wait is a joke... It was 15 before some federal law changed it back in the 90's..

they've got a LONG way to go to even get close to the way it should be..... it's most likely won't happen

Now if they would only find many of the other crazy laws out there the same way....
