They let me email it directly to a data entry person so they can enter it into the system. Hopefully i'll have my card in two weeks or so.

Wow hope they get it fixed. Keep us posted. Wife is at day 20 with just the first update.

Your wife is at day 20 and she's already had an update? I'm at 6 weeks without anything. I did call a week or two ago, they were very friendly and they said they probably have my docs, since the USPS show it was delivered. But I'm getting the impression "efficiency" and "best practices" aren't issues for them. I asked the nice lady what the average turnaround was on applications and you would have thought I asked her about orbital escape velocities. She was absolutely clueless. I explained and it just seemed to confuse her even more. Perhaps performance metrics aren't used in the government sector like they are in the private.
Hang in there buddy! It was -50- days until I saw any movement, and I did all of it online!125Dad wrote:I guess they took the website down to do a massive update!

Not for my wife![]()
Still stuck at the first update (Oct.26)
11/16, received CHL in the mail! 47 days after online submission.bigbrew wrote:Update...11/13, mailed!bigbrew wrote:Just an update of my personal experience thus far, for those wondering about timeline.
9/22 took the class
9/23 submitted application
9/26 fingerprints
9/27 submitted packet
9/30 re-submitted packet (because I messed up the attachments on the 1st try, like an idiot)
11/9 finally a status update, to "manufacturing pending" (40 days from re-submission)
11/10 status changed to "manufacturing"
Hopefully it ships this week!![]()
