Another silly gun control law that will not have any real impact. Just an attempt to scare the mindless masses into fearing guns and to believe that government is our protector.

I too worry about undetectable plastic guns. I don't want to be the one shooting one unless there is plastic that can withstand the pressures created within the chamber.

In what circumstances can you reasonably worry about shooting an undetectable plastic gun (and my XD(m) and similar non-steel non-aluminum frame guns don't count!) ?

To answer your question directly, anytime I am holding a 100% plastic gun that I am about to pull the trigger on.

Do you want to shoot a plastic gun that is undetectable by x-ray? Do you know of a plastic barrel and chamber that can handle the pressures created? Current polymer guns are not undetectable by x-ray, your included.
