In Florida Dem's have proposed changes to the law that would not only repeal Stand Your Ground but completely eliminate the Castle Doctrine.

If they repeal the right of self defense it will protect criminals
at the expense of honest citizens

MA. has strict gun laws and a lot of gun crime
N.H. has easy gun laws and not much gun crime

Just a elucidation:

There is no such thing as gun violence nor gun crime.

Firearms are inanimate objects and are incapable of actions of any type.

We should not use the 'FALSE FLAGS" used by the idiots on the other side of this "Debate".

Last evening the Florida House conducted a public hearing, judiciary committee debate, and committee vote on HB-4003, which would have done away with Florida’s Stand-Your-Ground law by repealing Florida statute 776.013. Home protection; use of deadly force; presumption of fear of death or great bodily harm.

The outcome was that HB-4003 was soundly defeated in committee, thereby ending the effort to repeal Stand-Your-Ground in this year’s legislative session.

That bill was DOA and filing it was merely grandstanding.

No doubt, but the mere fact that someone could introduce such a bill makes me shudder. How far we have come since the days of liberty.
