Florida Dems Seek to repeal Castle Doctrine
In Florida Dem's have proposed changes to the law that would not only repeal Stand Your Ground but completely eliminate the Castle Doctrine.
The Constitution preserves the advantage of being armed which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation where the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms. James Madison

If they repeal the right of self defense it will protect criminals
at the expense of honest citizens

There is no such thing as gun violence nor gun crime.
Firearms are inanimate objects and are incapable of actions of any type.
We should not use the 'FALSE FLAGS" used by the idiots on the other side of this "Debate".

The outcome was that HB-4003 was soundly defeated in committee, thereby ending the effort to repeal Stand-Your-Ground in this year’s legislative session.
