Suzanne has almost finished her first round of chemo and is taking it a lot better than I had expected. She's tired and food doesn't taste the same at all, but she's managing. Well, she hasn't divorced me yet, anyway...

It was her birthday yesterday and I bought her a small metal tree on a stand, the point of which is so that each family-member can hang a teeny locket-sized pic of themselves or a small shiny trinket off a metal leaf, so when's she's feeling down she can look at her tree and see everyone who loves her and is rooting for her.

So glad to hear she's handling the chemo better than expected. Besides all the little tokens of love there has to many, many prayers hanging from that little metal tree I know. We'll continue our prayers.
