Working in IT, I think she is the first IT person I have heard of living in Texas that doesn't enjoy shooting as a hobby. Hopefully that wasn't too long of a drive home.

If people with guns are so dangerous, why did she ride home with you rather than calling a cab or a friend? If I were afraid of people with guns, I sure wouldn't knowingly accept a ride from one. :headscratch

Other than that, all I have to say is that friends don't set friends up with crazy anti-gun liberals. ;-)

Sparky, welcome to the forum - way to handle an otherwise unpleasant situation. I'm also surprised she accepted the ride home instead of calling the police or something stupid.
