Ingress Game

This is completely off-topic, but does anyone play the Android game Ingress? It is an augmented reality MMO. I just received an invite, and the premise sounds interesting, but I am not sure how I feel about giving Google more opportunities to data mine on me...

I have been playing for a few months now. I don't think they are getting any more data points about me than they already would have access to. Its pretty fun, especially when you have enemy units nearby trying to reverse what you are doing.
