Article says he had a gun and was making threats. Doesn't say he pulled the gun on her. She could just know that he carries and assumed he had the gun and interpreted the comments as threats. I'd say not arrested yet. The state can prosecute a DV without the victim wanting to do so. They will review the video and go from there.
