Submitting CHL 8

Can CHL 8 be submitted by fax still or do you have to send by email? I can not get it to send by email to address on bottom of CHL 8 that it says send too. Tried contacting RSD services but have gotten no reply. Has anyone else had problems sending by email?

I had trouble e-mailing it also. I faxed it, I guess it was OK, I never heard anything back. Put a copy of the fax report in my file for future audit.

What I did was I scanned my CHL8, then saved it as a jpeg then attached the jpeg to an Email from the "contact us" section of the RSD site. A pain in the keester, it seems to have worked.

I 'Save As" a PDF and attach it. I found out that some of the fields on the contact DPS page are required (they are marked w/an asterisk "*") You have to upload it to their contact site before you can submit it.

Received a reply from RSD. We can still fax CHL 8 in.

Submitting a CHL-7 or CHL-8 by email (as an attachment) has always worked for me.
