I realize there is no requirement to know what you are talking about to post on this or other forums, but this is ridiculous.

Have you ever met an actual real deal SEAL? I won't claim that all of them are law-abiding 100% squared away 4.0 sailors but "stupid" almost never applies. I have been around SEALS for the last 45 years, my b-i-l retired as a SEAL O-6, and I lived just down the road from the school house in Coronado where all are trained. I have been partners with SEALS, represented them in business deals, triathloned and partied with them. I don't recall any who would be termed stupid, although sometimes some have gotten in trouble doing stupid things. The rigors of training usually weed them out pretty efficiently.

The man I referred to has distinguished himself in a number of callings. I seldom agree with his politics but he has been uncommonly effective at accomplishing what he sets out to do. Hardly anyone has the resume he has earned in a lifetime of remarkable accomplishments. No one can doubt his courage, tenacity, intelligence or responsibility.

I can only hope you are confused by the last name and wished to lash out at former Senator and present Secretary of State John Kerry whose antics over the same time have been mostly of an entirely different character.
What does meeting a 'real deal SEAL' have to do with anything?

I've met 'real deal Green Beret Medal of Honor" recipients and other Green Beret's had them as my teachers, does that count?

My perjoratives were intended primarily for JOHN KERRY, but frankly, I don't have a whole lot of respect for ANY DEMOCRAT in office who remains so KNOWING that their party leads the way in introducing initiatives which are running this country into the ground and denying the values and laws and Constitution it is based on and which have now resulted in dictates from the DoD which basically label the Founding Fathers, and all who believe such as they do, 'extremists' and potential terrorists.

As far as I'm concerned, any DEMOCRAT in office who remains in that party, is a traitor, regardless of any past HONORABLE Military Service based on their own and their party's denial of the Founding Fathers and their beliefs and of the U.S. Constitution.

Frankly, I'm not even all that thrilled with most Republicans in office at the present time either.

Some may believe that 'compromise' is the name of the game, and that the give and take required to compromise can result in eventual 'win's' at a later point in time.

If that were true, we wouldn't be in the absolute mess we are in today, all because of compromise.

We are going the way of Rome and Greece, and all we have to do, is sit back and watch, and enjoy the coming horror show.

So no, even through I was mistaken in confusing MOH recipient and former SEAL BOB Kerry with that lying slug John Kerry, really, in the end, there wasn't too much difference between the two except that one of them seems to have served honorably in Vietnam (Bob), while the other (John) ran his mouth against his fellow American Servicemen and women and against the war while it was occurring (as if it made any difference) and basically branded himself a traitor just as Jane Fonda did.

At least I'll apologize now and admit my mistake.

Unless I missed it, I haven't heard any from John nor Jane, nor from Bob for being a member of the Democratic party.

You won't get any either from Slick Willy, his traitorous wife, John Kerry, nor pretty much any of those Democrats elected to office who are guilty of blatantly lying to their constituents and the general public while in office.

In the future, the term 'Democrat' will be looked on with as much disdain as the word 'Nazi', and "Muslim".

Why not? I have no such compunction about referring to that malignantly narcissistic, anti-American, Chicago gangster thug, Third-World African dictator wannabee in very unflattering ways.
Active duty military, etc., etc.
