Sewing and reaping seems to apply to women too. Sure glad in this case.
If the 2nd admendment only applies to muskets and muzzle-loaders, then the 1st admentment must apply only to the spoken or printed word. Printing must be done on hand presses, news stories must be written in longhand, no keyboards or electric processes may be used.

I have a feeling Karma is not done with her yet.
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.

The Rockland County Times has learned that Rockland County Chief Editor Caryn McBride is among the casualties of the recent purge of 17 journalists and 26 total staffers at the Gannett-owned Journal News newspaper.

McBride gained fame earlier this year for her involvement in the Journal News gun map fiasco. Police reports indicated McBride had called the Clarkstown Police Department to notify them of torrents of angry phone calls and letters the newspaper received following the publication of the map.

I can well imagine that after Clarckstown police received a torrent of angry phone calls from Ms. McBride, they told her to stop ticking people off, and those people will stop calling and threatening to cane her.

Poetic justice. I'm surprised her home hasn't been broken into by a crook who knows that she keeps no guns.

After all the ruckus, what to do think the odds are she went out and bought one? :evil2:

She has small market experience, so I don't see her going to the big cities. I'd guess, Sacramento Bee, Rocky Mountain News or Austin Statesman.

Well they Austin Mistakesman styles itself as a wannabee NY Times. She might fit in perfectly.
