Let's hope it turns out to be a wacko democrat who is dissatisfied with their achievements or some left wingnut who wanted to make trouble for gun owners. I was around when Roe v Wade was decided. The abortion debate became so rancorous that some abortion clinics were violently attacked by extreme elements who saw themselves as doing something necessary. I remember very well that it cast all pro-lifer's as bad guys in some people's minds. We do not need anyone doing the same for gun owners.

If they catch the person responsible, can they plead not guilty by reason of caffeine withdrawl? And if so, can he/she sue for emotional distress. Blumburger may be his own worst enemy.
