I don't think that meets the requirements of 411.171.
GC §411.171. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:
(3) “Concealed handgun” means a handgun, the presence of which is not openly discernible to the ordinary observation of a reasonable person.
I believe a reasonable person would recognize it. But I also think, as someone else stated, a longer shirt would solve your issue. In the summer I carry a Ruger LCP. Fits well in the front pocket of shorts even with it in the pocket holster I use. In jacket weather it is back to the Glock 31.

I also would recommend a pocket holster. Carrying any weapon in a pocket or even a purse with no holster is almost begging for the worse kind of accident.
As for the question... I think I would notice that was a handgun and I am definitely not the type to be looking for such things. Sometimes I feel like It is something I should do more often. I have a tendency to observe the person and the persons behavior more than I do their clothing or possible gun concealment. In any case... I wonder if that might also be a risk for the weapon to fall out of your pocket in "certain" conditions... Like hanging from tHe monkey bars by your legs.

Its in a pocket holster. Its one of those "Sticky" holsters (like the remora holsters) meant for IWB carry. But it also fits in the pocket just about as well. The shirt normally covers it better but for example if I was carrying my child on my shoulders it lifts my shirt up such that the shirt is both not covering my waistline (so no IWB) well its also not covering the pockets as well too.
I like having mine in a holster, I want the retention so it don't fall out and to keep the trigger covered. I would never pocket carry or carry Mexican style.

My concern is not so much about someone seeing the gun but rather at my age trying to remember which of those pockets the damn thing was in if I needed it..
