Letterman last night

Post by clarionite »

Last night on Letterman, he joined the administration in it's quest for forcing gun control on us. He put up a picture of a Republican legislator (from Georgia I believe) and belittled him saying he voted against background checks even though 91% (there's that made up number again) of his constituents wanted it to pass. I rarely watched him before. But that will become never now.

He's always been a left-wing shill, nothing new there.

That show is on way past my bedtime and I'm glad. It doesn't appear that I'm missing too much.

Earlier this week, that alleged statistic was 90%. By tomorrow it will be 105%.

I quit watching Letterman when his humor went from quirky to mean spirited, many years ago.

Ditto. I liked Carson and used to watch him when I stayed with my grandmother, but Lettman has always been a jerk. I don't think I've even seen a dozen of his shows.

Sorta. I think he's been "off" for a long time.

Let's propose some legal limits on his monologues that are equivalent to what he wants for gun owners and see how quickly and loudly he begins to howl.

I never did watch him much and when I did, he never came across as funny, but mean spirited. When I did watch a late night show, it was Leno, who seemed to be an equal opportunity jokester for the most part....

Should he be limited to a Top Seven List in NY? :biggrinjester:

I'm so disappointed...

I thought the title of this thread was "Letterman's last night" :totap:
