Almost there!!!

#1

Post by BoatCapt »

I've taken the class. Went down to the county and municipal courts today and obtained the certified copies of two arrests I had 8 or so yrs ago. One for a PI and the other for a DWI. Funny how you change your ways when you get married and have a daughter. I have to wait for the municipal court to send me the certified copy for the PI. Hopefully ill be sending off everything next week. :txflag:

Good luck. What level were the charges?

This subsection does not preclude the disqualification of an individual for being a chemically dependent person if other evidence exists to show that the person is a chemically dependent person.

The DWI was 6 yrs ago and the PI was 8 yrs ago. I am kicking myself for both but I've gotten past all that stuff. Hopefully everything goes as expected and I get my plastic in the mail soon. Thanks

Is "PI" shorthand for possession with intent to sell?
