Od course, but they didn't enter U.S. Airspace. "...and were followed by U.S. jets as they circumnavigated Guam."

This may be new in the Pacific, but it was the norm near AK and other places during the cold war.

They are going back to their old ways of "testing" us- They see us as VERY WEAK, and full of internal disruptions- unable if not only unwilling to counter their efforts. I would look to a new Russian expansion in the next 10 years if we don't get our house cleaned and our act together... The world is changing in some very disheartening ways... They pulled the same stunt over Japan last week.

Just to define the Second Amendment as I read it: "Despite the fact a well regulated militia is required to keep this nation FREE, this shall NOT be used as an excuse to restrict or remove the right of the INDIVIDUAL to KEEP AND BEAR ARMS" There are NO Ifs, ands, buts or RESTRICTIONS.

I figure they just wanted to verify it hasn't tipped over and capsized yet. :biggrinjester:

Not likely a bomber, but a Bear configured for recon. They do it to us, we do it to them. Was interesting this time because they flew around Guam.

My take from the article is that the F-15 pilots ID'ed Cruise Missiles on the planes.

That would be interesting. Although some bombers carry electronic pods that are "cruise missle" shaped. Not saying you're wrong, just that some are configured that way.

Maybe Similar to the ShaRP used today by our military.

And both look like cruise missiles not yet deployed.

Tail gunner. B-52's have one as well. Looks like a 20 mike cannon.
