We will never be able to legislate away crime and killing. Cain killed Abel and it many centuries before anyone thought of inventing a firearm. Why? Because Cain had evil and hatred in his heart towards his brother. Until we do something to reduce the evil in men's hearts there will continue to be too many killings,.
