After reading the bill, it seems to me that Ruger should get very busy making all the MIni 14 Ranch rifles the can produce. They are not scary black rifles. The Mini 14 Tactical is specifically mentioned in the bill. They also need to pump out millions of 10rd magazines and include 4 with each rifle. A straight stock Bushmaster would be nice too. You get the idea.

In looking at the press conference I wanted to know about the LEO's behind her. While we all have the right to our personal beliefs, most of us ARE NOT ALLOWED to do political stuff in uniform. If we were, I would have worn one last Saturday to the Guns Across America event at the capital. As a LEO, I have a problem with them standing behind her during this press conference in uniform. They were not there to protect her, they were they trying to imply that law enforcement supports this. While they may personally support this, THEY DO NOT SPEAK FOR ME and do not speak for my co workers. They should not be allowed to misrepresent the profession in that manner !

I must be missing it. According to that list, my Colt LE6920 is not banned, but my daughter's M&P15-22 might be. The only Colt's I see on there are the Match Target rifles. Is that strange or what?

No, your LE6920 would be banned, too. "All AR types, including..." is the language. It's included even though not explicitly listed.

I knew I was missing something. Missed that "all AR types" part. I guess thàt includes M4's too since that is what mine is?
