As the name indicates, this is the place for gun-related political discussions. It is not open to other political topics.

Just from the currently announced plans on government spending, it's very unlikely there will be a recognizable USA in 2016.

The focus should be on every day of the current month.

Agreed, the point I and others have made it that "the silence is deafening" coming out of Austin, for whatever reason.

That's even slower than storing it unloaded with a trigger lock.
The city is not a concrete jungle. It is a human zoo.

True, but my friends in The Land Downunder the land downunder, who used this method of storage are still able to defend themselves in the event of TEOTWAWKI.

Might want to make a run to Home Depot or Lowes before the rush to buy "plumbing supplies" starts. They might get expensive and hard to find. Should also buy some stock on PVC pipe companies. It will be the next boom market. Feinstein will be named "PVC Salesman of the Year"

You might want to get a wood chipper too. I don't think they'll fit into a six inch pipe without help.

I would recommend getting an NFA trust, and allowing it to own all the arms the bill would ban. That way, you can pass on the trust, and thereby the guns.
