Where is the flea market located? I'll make make sure not to visit there.
I think I would be looking for a new location that is CHL friendly. In my mind a 30.06 sign says, "Don't spend your money here."
"To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them."

I have questions. Is there any other no gun signs beside 30.06? Or, do they not want just no lawful concealed carry holders with guns. This is your place of business, is it in your lease contract that you cannot carry?

No, other signs other then the 30:06 (two on each side of the doors on every entrance) No, it is not in my lease contract. I have been out there for at least 6yrs now and it just happened this past weekend.

Sounds to me like you ought to have a non-threatening friendly conversation with the owner to try and determine their rationale for the fresh posting. The matter of the posting of those signs materially changes the potential use and traffic to and from your business, and could well provide legal justification for breaking the lease if you so desire. Imagine if a number of the lessees there threatened that?

Then the owner is not concerned about someone carrying, just don't want anyone with a Concealed Handgun License carrying. I guess that makes a stupid kind of sense.
