FYI: $10.00 lane fee for veterans and first responders with proof, Mon-Fri open-close.

I love shooting here!
It's close, it's cheap, it's modern, It's clean, well lit, has excellent ventilation and the staff is always friendly and never overbearing.
Since they opened I've been going to the range about once a week. Before then I would only go sporadically since I didn't care for any other the other area pistol ranges.

I will have some free time tomorrow afternoon. I'm thinking I may go ahead and check this place out after all. I know I won't be able to work on double taps, but I can work on trigger control with both hands, strong hand, and weak hand and weak hand from the low ready position. I'll probably be there around 1500 if anyone else wants to join me.

I had a great experience there today. Every one of the staff members I encountered was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I was able to practice everything I went there for and did well, but found an interesting problem. The first ten rounds from both my Glocks were the best of 100 each. The first ten took out the bullseye, but after replacing the target put all other rounds in the 9-ring, shooting the bullseye out without even hitting it. :headscratch

The rifles went better. I don't have any magnification on my daughter's M&P15-22 nor my M4. I got the reflex sights tuned so well that I could hit a squirrel in the head at 25 yards. I can't do that free hand, though. I must be on some kind of rest or support for that kind of accuracy. Standing free hand I can only keep it within 3-4 inches at 25 yards. C'mon, ya'll can tell me. How bad is that?
