Change of address

I recently received my license in the mail. I immediately noticed the address on it was wrong. I logged onto the Dept of public safety site and made the correct change. Is my conceal license invalid until I get the new one? Thank you for your response.

Some people will say yes because there's an error. Some people will say no because it was a DPS clerical error. I don't think there's any black letter law or case law ruling on DPS clerical errors.
