I am 60 miles away, but if a organized effort to take these signs down would occur, I would not mind driving the 120 miles to help out. And of course I will be armed while doing it.

Really glad to see that response from PISD on their signs. I don't care if the signs are up and not valid as long as they have stated they know the law and will not be trying to prosecute someone wrongfully for carrying on school property

Admittedly, it is a good thing that they've admitted that the signs are invalid. The next step is to get them removed, so that there is no issue with either a CHL thinking they are valid -- or a cop.

No, I really don't. If a CHL has been properly taught, then they know the signs are invalid. If a cop falsely arrests me for carrying, then I will have a case against them. Can use the money.sjfcontrol wrote:You don't? You should!Keith B wrote:Really glad to see that response from PISD on their signs. Seriously, they need to remove them, but getting them to do it may be a challenge with the number of schools they have here in Plano and the budget. Hopefully they will put it on as a 'extra do-it' when they have other maintenance to do at a school.
