Michael Savage a conservative talk show host and author, on his radio show repeated recently the comment that the 911 operator ordered Zimmerman not to follow Treyvon. "We don't need you to do that" is not an order to not do something.
Has it been established that Martin is a crime victim?
It is cheaper than the cleanup from the riots if they don't pay.
It's the same sort of logic that convinces decent, hard working store owners paying protection money. Because the alternative is worse.

It will tear your heart out. What has been done to this family is beyond imagination.
I note that George Zimmerman and I have the same birthday. Not an important factoid or anything....just personally interesting to me.

Zimmerman is a political prisoner. He and his family are being persecuted as they would in many third world countries.
God Bless America, and please hurry. When I was young I knew all the answers. When I got older I started to realize I just hadn’t quite understood the questions.-Me

If I were the head of the HOA, I'd sue her for suing me (and I believe my suit would have more merit).

I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.

I'm not 39. I'm about to celebrate the 21st anniversary of my 39th birthday. And GZ is lyin' about his age. He's a very youthful 59.

Zimmerman Prosecutors In Huge Screw-Up Photo of dead Trayvon Martin, college docs mistakenly released
AUGUST 9, 2012 The Smoking Gun
AUGUST 9--In an embarrassing screw-up, Florida prosecutors today accidentally distributed a post-mortem photo of Trayvon Martin as well as copies of George Zimmerman’s college records, material that Florida law considers confidential and exempt from disclosure.
The documents were inadvertently included in supplemental discovery records distributed this morning by prosecutor Angela Corey’s office. The material was sent to a variety of media outlets, including TSG, that have paid fees to receive discovery provided by the government to Zimmerman’s lawyer.
Sounds like a mistrial in the making.

It doesn't look like he's going to have to worry about a trial at all. If the judge doesn't declare a mistrial (and he's been so obviously biased at times that it's not hard to believe that he would refuse such a declaration, it would seem that Zimmerman's legal defense might easily seek relief further up the line and win.

It seems like there is no way the prosecutor's office could "accidentally" release this stuff in the middle of the biggest, most scrutinized case they will likely ever see. But perhaps they truly are that careless and stupid.
If it was done on purpose, I think it was done to further bias people against GZ. But that is so ridiculously transparent. It is possible that things like this and the overcharging with murder are really a means of forcing a mistrial or loss while appeasing the masses? Of course, if that's the case they are really making a big gamble that their plan will work. On the other hand, they probably don't give two squirts about whether they ruin GZ's life.
