heres the issue I see for the guy he went to his car to get a gun. this pretty well means he may have been able to just leave the area. goona be a tough fight for him

I saw that in the news report. I also saw a pretty biased report in all other aspects. If this is true, the guy is in trouble and deserves it. OTH, given the quality and tone of the reporting I saw, I'd question the facts as reported. So I'm withholding judgement until all the facts are in.

It was in the local TV reporting.....I don't recall which station we were watching at the time.

Hmm. Okay. Did those pieces indicate that he went back inside after retrieving the gun or whether or not the BG was still after him outside? It seems from the written articles that the BG kept after him outside and that the shooting took place outside.

Well, I'm not entirely sure if I recall correctly (I don't pay much attention to those kinds of squabbles in "that part of town"), but the reporter seemed to indicate that the alleged "victim" started the festivities by assaulting several different people, both verbally and by slapping them. When he tendered his kindly ministrations upon the "suspect" (c'mon....everybody knows he did it), that worthy benighted paragon of virtue went out to his car, retrieved his pistol, and then resumed the slapfest confrontation, whereupon he gave the slapper a case of lead poisoning. From listening to the witnesses and assessing their apparent literacy, it was clear that all of them, shooter included, were Obama supporters.

I would not likely make an acceptable juror.
