What if his mom wasn't really his mom? I don't even really care anymore either. He is the president, like TAM said. Now, I only look forward to the day he is an ex-president and it can't come soon enough.

Re: obama a Kenyan?
I don't think this proves him a kenyan. However, I do think it shows that he has been willing throughout his entire life to embellish stories and to portray himself as what is most advantageous to him at the moment. More than most presidents it seems to be if the company he is in requires him to be capitalist he talks about the American way, if the crowd is more socialist we hear about fairness.. If it behooves him to be a religious fellow we will hear about his faith, if the present company is more hostile to faith he will talk about bitter clingers .
So in 1991 it was beneficial for him to be Kenyan. Right now is is beneficial for him to be an American. What is the truth--darned if I know. What I do know is he is not who he said he was in 2008. I wonder if he even knows the truth. Tell enough lies long enough and the truth gets harder and harder to come by even for the spinner of the yarns.
This is a side issue, anyway. If he is not a citizen the fastest way to get him out at this point is to vote him out. If he is a citizen who cares...he still needs to go.

One of the beautiful things about always telling the truth is that you never have to remember what lies you told, and to whom you told them. The Occupier in Chief seems to have never learned this lesson.mamabearCali wrote:I don't think this proves him a kenyan. Re: obama a Kenyan?
First off let me make it clear that I'm about as much a fan of Obama as I am willing to have my arms and legs amputated with a rusty butter knife without medication of anykind. With that said what defines a natural born citizen? Are they born naturally w/o a C-Section? Are they born naturally w/o their mother taking medication? Are they simply born as a citizen without having to become one later? If it was the latter then I have to tell everyone that I honestly believe that he is a natural born citizen as his mother was a citizen and he received citizenship from her. Now is he a dual citizen of the United State and Kenya, I don't know and to be honest I don't care because I simply want him gone out of the white house, never to return as the POTUS. Now on to real issues.
How do you explain a dog named Sauer without first telling the story of a Puppy named Sig?

Right, although Obama probably (almost certainly?) didn't qualify on more than one count, from the time of the inauguration who would have preferred Biden, or barring that Nancy Pelosi (when she was Speaker the first 2 years)?Oldgringo wrote:....

Re: obama a Kenyan?
The Breitbart article stated emphatically that they were NOT in the "Birther" category nor have they been. They posted what they did to show basically what mamabearCali stated, that for the Occupier, its all about being the right person to the crowd of the moment. Its a sign of deceit and lies, the chameleon face of someone who only cares about winning elections. There are obviously those who WANT this to be a "Birther" issue so they can paint the Occupier's enemies as "crazies" because they know he will lose if the merits of his time in office are what he actually has to run on...
Re: obama a Kenyan?
The question arises as to how such a "mistake" in his bio occurs. Would there have been an advantage to a Columbia or Harvard student (financial or otherwise) to claim to be a "foreign" student (born in Kenya)? Would such a claim necessarily follow a person into subsequent bios? ...Btw, have we ever his seen college records from Columbia or Harvard?Heartland Patriot wrote:The Breitbart article stated emphatically that they were NOT in the "Birther" category nor have they been. The ONLY thing that I wanted to point out is that Breitbart is NOT a "Birther" organization. Some want to make them INTO a "Birther" organization to cover for the Occupier. I will post no more on this topic. Good day to all.Slowplay wrote:The question arises as to how such a "mistake" in his bio occurs. Re: obama a Kenyan?
I agree w/ you, HP. Obama supporters are quick to attack the Breitbart release as another "crazy birther" story. They're not capable of being objective.
Far from a "birther" angle (let's forget about where he was born, it's not important for this question), I'll repeat: How does such a "mistake" in his bio occur. Was it just a simple editor error (quite a mistake!!) or as others have pointed out, is this another case of Obama being who he needs to be to take maximum advantage of his current situation?
Since Obama is always cool, maybe it was cool to be born in Kenya in academia (or maybe there were other advantages for someone that wasn't "born with a silver spoon," looking to attend Columbia and Harvard...).

I believe the Founding Fathers meant for the law to be understood by every man, so he/she could understand their rights and defend them. The convoluted laws of today have stripped us of our understanding and as such, our rights. CHL Holder Since 05/04/2012

Re: obama a Kenyan?
I dont' care to prolong the Obama citizenship discussion however, what i do find interesting is the constitutional questions around citizenship. As you know, the constitution itself has two different citizenship requirements for senators and president. The later being the "naturl born citizen". This thread had some discussion on that topic and some debate on how to define it. I took interest in this due to the question around John McCain and. being from the Canal Zone myself, the theoretical question of others being born in the Zone qualifying for President.
This article lays out the current law on the topic along with citations. I found it interesting and worth sharing: http://www.usconstitution.net/consttop_citi.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
