I couldn't take it any longer

I finally called DPS today. I think I was on hold for 10-15 minutes max. The gentleman I spoke to was SO nice. I wish I would have gotten his name. He said I was definitely overdue. He was going to send an email to everyone working on my license and their supervisors. He said I should have it within two weeks. I'm glad I called! I sent an email this morning but they said it could take 5 days for them to respond. I decided to call. This has been frustrating but I do understand that they are extremely busy. I really hope my status changes in the morning.

I'm right there with you. I'm hoping for a status change in the morning, too. I called and spoke with a really nice guy yesterday and he told me the same thing. He was going to email to send it through. He told me that someone had forgotten to hit the send button. I sent mine off on 3/5. Here's to hoping we get that status update in the morning!
